Order Cancellations

Most orders begin processing immediately. Contact us as soon as possible if you need to cancel or revise an order.

General Cancellation Policy

We will make every reasonable effort to accommodate an order cancellation or revision. However, cancellation cannot be guaranteed after an order has entered processing.

If less than one hour has passed since placing your order:

• - Call customer service immediately at 1-855-289-6927.
• - Provide your name, order number, and the product you wish to cancel or revise.
• - Do not assume the order has been canceled until BuyMyBreaker.com confirms the cancellation.
• - A voicemail, email, or other message does not constitute an approved cancellation.

When an Order Has Entered Processing

An order may no longer be eligible for cancellation once any processing activity has begun. Processing may include:

• - Product allocation or removal from available inventory
• - Testing, inspection, cleaning, or reconditioning
• - Order picking, packaging, palletizing, or freight preparation
• - Modification, configuration, engineering, or fabrication
• - Ordering materials or products from a manufacturer or supplier
• - Shipment or transfer to a delivery carrier

If an eligible product has already been processed or shipped, it may need to be handled as a return and will be subject to our Return Policy, including all applicable return-shipping requirements and restocking fees.

Panels and Switchgear

Orders for panels, panelboards, switchboards, and switchgear cannot be canceled after processing has begun.

Processing may include engineering, design, product configuration, modification, material procurement, vendor ordering, assembly, or fabrication.

These products are final sale and cannot be returned after delivery. Customers are responsible for reviewing and approving all quoted specifications before placing an order.

Order Revisions

Contact us immediately if you need to change a catalog number, quantity, shipping address, product configuration, or other order detail.

We will attempt to accommodate the requested change, but revisions cannot be guaranteed after processing begins. Approved revisions may affect pricing, availability, and estimated delivery dates.
