Most eligible products may be returned within 30 calendar days of delivery. Panels, panelboards, switchboards, and switchgear are final sale.

General Return Requirements

This policy applies to eligible new, used, reconditioned, sale, and “as-is” products, except for the final-sale equipment identified below.

To qualify for a return:

• - Contact BuyMyBreaker.com and obtain return authorization before shipping the product.
• - Ship the return within 30 calendar days of the original delivery date.
• - Provide a BuyMyBreaker.com order number, invoice, or other proof of purchase.
• - Return the product in the same condition in which it was delivered.
• - The product must not have been installed, energized, modified, disassembled, or damaged after delivery.
• - Include all labels, tags, accessories, hardware, and other supplied components.

The customer is responsible for securely packaging the product and paying all return shipping or freight charges. Products damaged during return transportation or returned in a condition different from the condition in which they were delivered may not qualify for a refund.

Panels and Switchgear: All Sales Final

BuyMyBreaker.com does not accept returns or issue refunds for panels, panelboards, switchboards, or switchgear.

This restriction applies to stocked, special-order, configured, modified, and custom-built equipment. These products are frequently ordered, configured, or built for specific project requirements. Customers are responsible for reviewing and approving all quoted specifications before placing an order.
