Your listing says "New" does this mean new in a box?

No, New will mean either New in a box , New out of a box or New Take Out. A New Take Out product may have previously been installed, but never energized.

Is there a warranty?

Yes, all of our items come with a One Year Warranty.

What is your Return Policy?

All returns must be returned to us within 30 days of the order date and must arrive back to us in the same condition that it was sent to you. If you return an item past our 30 day return policy you can be charged up to a 50% re-stocking fee.

Do you ship on the weekends?

No, we do not.

Do you ship the items on the same day I purchased them?

Most items ship within one business day, but some custom products that are ordered to spec require refurbishing. If orders are placed after 3:00 PM EST, your order will be shipped on the following business day.

Do you ship FedEx?

No, we do not.

I think I paid way too much for shipping, is this accurate?

We calculate shipping based on actual weight and dimensions of products. Using an advanced 3D Bin Packing algorithm, we are able to determine the smallest box(es) needed to fit all of your items. If shipping still seems too high please contact us.

Can you ship Next Day Air / 2nd Day Air / 3 Day Select?

Yes, we do - only if selected during checkout.
